 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
 1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 1/2 tablespoon chili oil (adjust to taste)
 2 teaspoons sugar
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 green onion, finely chopped
 Salt to taste
Toppings (Optional):
 Pickled mustard greens, finely chopped
 Bean sprouts, blanched
 Fresh cilantro, chopped
 Toasted sesame seeds
 Roasted peanuts, crushed
