 1-2 green chilies, slit (adjust to taste)
 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
 1 teaspoon coriander powder
 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

 2 tablespoons cream (optional, for garnishing)
