 3 medium ripe tomatoes, finely diced
 1 medium onion, finely chopped (white or red for a milder taste)
 1-2 jalapeño peppers or serrano peppers, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
 Juice of 1 lime
 Salt to taste
