For the Taquitos:
 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder)
 12 small corn tortillas
 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
 Oil for frying (such as vegetable oil or canola oil)
 Salt to taste
