 8 corn tortillas
 Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil)
 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 1 can refried beans (or homemade)
 2 cups lettuce, shredded
 1 cup tomatoes, diced
 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, Monterey Jack, or queso fresco)
 1/2 cup sour cream
 1 avocado, sliced
 Salsa or hot sauce, to taste
 Fresh cilantro, for garnish
