 Picanha (top sirloin cap) — the most popular cut in Brazil
 Frango (chicken), typically thighs or drumsticks
 Linguiça (Brazilian sausage)
 Costela (beef ribs)

Picanha: Slice the picanha into thick steaks. Traditionally, it should be grilled with the fat cap intact to enhance flavor and juiciness.
