 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 1 tsp garlic powder
 Salt and pepper to taste
For the Buffalo Sauce:
 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
 1/3 cup unsalted butter
 1 tablespoon white vinegar
 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For Serving:
 Blue cheese or ranch dressing
 Celery sticks

Prep and Bake the Wings:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the wings with vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Arrange the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp.

Make the Buffalo Sauce:

While the wings are baking, combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well blended.

Toss the Wings in Sauce:

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.
Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
